On July 20, 2023 the HRMPO Policy Board released a draft amendment to the FY 24 Unified Planning Work Program and a draft amendment to the FY 21-24 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for a 21-day public comment period. The draft amendment to the FY 24 UPWP asks that a total of $11,314 in existing funds be reallocated into Program Administration to facilitate improving accessibility for website visitors and migrating the HRVAMPO.org website to the WordPress hosting platform. The amendment would move $7,920 from the FHWA PL contingency and $3,394 from the FTA 5303 Long Range Planning work element into the Administrative work element to cover the web migration and improvements. The draft amendment to the FY 21-24 TIP adds $6,500,000 to the Preventive Maintenance and System Preservation Grouping.
